They have straightforward but helpful customer service. Turnaround time on disposable camera film is a week and they make it easy to drop off / pick up. I got print and digital copies each time, and one of the times I had to follow up twice to receive my digital copies as they hadn't sent to me by the end of the pickup day, but after a call their way we got it resolved. One of the staff members also helped me with some questions I had on a camera I inherited and gave helpful professional insight.
