Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! My windows, screens and tracks are shiny! Price is reasonable and we'll worth the investment! Looking forward to another cleaning! I've never seen a screen washer device before, so that was interesting. My only hesitation in referring is the very wet method used. While it was not a problem outside, it was inside. The house was to be put up for sale and the wood floors had just been refinished. Even after asking him to make sure he wiped up all of the splashes, he forgot. And he forgot the screen to the sliding glass door. I chalk that up to a very long work day. He offered to come and clean the screen the next day, but I was able to do it myself in a few minutes.

Incredible service by Eric! Thorough solar cleaning and windows. I originally reached out to Hawk…read moreWindow Cleaning just to have my solar panels cleaned, but Eric went far above and beyond. The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask!
