I used Rafy to photograph my Airbnb/Short Term Rental in San Juan, PR. The photographs were wonderful. They are really top notch. Rafy even photographed surrounding beaches, shopping centers, and Luis Munoz airport. Rafy was very accommodating in the beginning. He agreed to photograph my condo while I was away. He also agreed to a lessor price which included 15 photos of my choice. What I did not like was being hit with an additional $30 charge when he submitted the invoice. I believe businesses should be upfront whenever there is an additional fee over and beyond the initial agreed upon price for professional photography. Also, I didn't really care for the platform used to download the photos. It requires a special code and you must use a desktop computer to download the photos. If you want them transferred to a mobile device, you must transfer them from the desktop:( I recommend Rafy for your professional photography needs. Just be sure to get all fees in writing upfront. read more

The photoshoot took about 45 minutes to an hour of shooting. I just received my physical copies in the mail and they are stunning!! We contacted Rafy, just before hurricane Irma, as we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary in Puerto Rico around Oct 1. Rafy actually went out to hotel where we were staying and gave us a report on the conditions. Little did we know Maria wasn't too far behind and the devastation it would bring. Rafy still checked back with us a few days before Maria was to arrive. We were worried about him and his family. He again gave a report on the conditions after Maria hit. Which he did not have to. Our flight was cancelled and then our hotel cancelled. We told Rafy we would rebook for Spring and be in touch in a few months. He offered our deposit back, but we told him to hold it. We finally were able to rebook for March 2018. Because we requested 2 scenes for our photos (beach and Old San Juan) Rafy offered to pick us up at our hotel and take us to our photo shoot. He was very accommodating in choice of poses. But, we left it up to him as he is the professional. We loved his humor and candor in how he positioned us and took each shot. We also loved his assistant, Elizabeth. She especially took care of me during the windy times at the beach in, moving my hair out of my face. Our shoot, consisted of various shots throughout the city as we walked along the cobblestone streets. In a sense, Rafy gave us a personal tour. The photos came out amazing! They also totally encompassed the beauty of Puerto Rico and all that it has to offer. Rafy captured our love and happiness that we have- as true soulmates and we will always cherish these moments that we had together in beautiful Puerto Rico. For communication, Rafy gets an A++. He is very prompt with answering texts, emails and direct messages. He made sure that he knew exactly where to be, was prompt in his arrival to the event, and all preparations leading up to it. For picture quality/quantity, I would give him a B-. They're slightly above average, but not by much if you're going by American standards. In a few of the pictures he gave me, he had our eyes closed, or we were mid-gesture. The angle on a few of them was below eye level, which wasn't the most flattering. I will say however, he was nice enough to take a few background shots of the location. He arrived early and was professional. If I had to have a photoshoot in PR again, I would go with Rafy. But maybe I would be more specific about what type of pictures I want. read more
