BE CAREFUL - Will Charge you even if ACCOUNT CANCELLED. Factor requires you to add a payment method just to view available meals and services for your area. Within about 60 minutes of creating my account, I canceled my membership and deleted the account entirely. Despite canceling on March 16 before the March 18 trial end date, I was still charged. Support refused to issue a refund. Very concerning billing practices. Be careful.

    Their so called "cilantro" chicken

Low quality ingredients and the food isn't worth the hype or your money. I Ordered a week's worth of food and apparently they have a beef shortage. All they did was email me but they didn't gave me the option to substitute the meals, which was poor communication on their part. They gave me 8 trays of the same exact meal. Please save your pockets, your fridge space and most importantly your taste buds. Seriously, you can go to the Jewels frozen aisle and get frozen food trays that taste better than this.

The commercials are bullshit. Portions are half of what you see and the veggies are over cooked. Make your own dinner.

All of my blood tests are now perfect, except for Glucose & A1C because I also ate & drank sugar! I'm a sugar addict but I have been sugar free for two months. These meals are so healthy for my heart & pre-diabetes, with low or appropriate salt, fat & sugar, and all of the vitamins, minerals & fiber required. Everything is "made from scratch" and never frozen or canned. The meals taste really good, but I prefer chocolate & sugar! 2.5 years ago I started drinking only good water, not from plastic bottles. Ok, I have had a glass of fresh orange juice or a cup of coffee with a restaurant breakfast about once per month, but no added sugar! My mom graduated from URI in 1946 with a major in Foods & Nutrition, and my grandmother did the same in 1918, so I am aware of good nutrition, and I was fed good food until I went to college. Granted, due to evidence, the science changed through the years. My major at URI was Child Development but I did take multiple nutrition courses, class of 1969. I know how important it is to "Eat to Live" and not to "Live to Eat". I know how to read labels. But easier said than done, until I started eating correctly with Seattle Sutton. I had tried every program you have ever heard of before May 2022. Their dietitians & nutritionists do all of the work for me & save me hours of time! I just have to drive to the Seattle Sutton office in Geneva two afternoons per week to pick up the meals, and use the microwave for up to three minutes for most meals. I could never do all of the research to put together menus for the week, go shopping for all of the correct ingredients I would need, prepare the proper proportions in a timely manner, plate & pre-cook each meal. All of the clean-up time would overwhelm me, and I could always use this extra time to get other things done. I would have so many leftovers, too! So stressful to even consider! I think the cost is very reasonable! I'm an overnight pet-sitter & house-sitter and am rarely in my own home. My clients love that I use Seattle Sutton meals!! I need only one shelf in the refrigerator, microwave, one set of silverware, paper towels, a glass & good water. I keep all of the houses very clean! There are no left-overs and so much less trash and recycling. I do have liability insurance for my pet-sitting, but the risks are much lower by not using a stove or oven. I collect all of the black meal containers because I will be taking them to a location in Evansville, IN where I can have them made into a bench for my front porch. Bonus!! Now I'm losing weight too! I add a portion of dairy of some kind every day, usually yogurt without sugar. Sometimes I eat berries or non-sweetened applesauce if I think I'm hungry. i no longer crave sugar & carbs. I can't wait for my next blood test to check my glucose and A1C!! I highly recommend Seattle Sutton meals!! You won't be disappointed!

Both times the food arrived EXACTLY at 4pm and was top quality with good portions for most. My dad recently needs to be on a lower sodium diet so it's nice to provide 1-2 meals per week for him with no commitment- he usually eats only half of the portion per meal and can easily know the sodium content. My wife and I have tried a few of the meals and been happy with everything - sometimes calories and fat/sodium can be a bit higher than my wife prefers for a single meal but you have all the info before ordering. There's always a salmon option, and a recent "Retro Fried Chicken Bowl" was great if slightly unhealthier than ideal but had a nice portion of well cooked chicken and included a fantastic smothered sauce plus the side of applesauce was chunky, flavorful, and just as good as we would make at home. If you don't make your own applesauce this will show you why you should do it. Nothing but positive so far, and prices generally seem consistent with the "ready to cook" options in the market but you have much less packaging waste and don't need to spend a bunch of time cooking and cleaning up which can be nice during the week. Most dishes are 2-3 minutes heating up in the microwave and end up great. Don't get me wrong, we love to cook but I prefer to use my own recipes and for my dad with limited mobility a quick, healthier microwave meal or a "soft food" option is important. And for my wife and me, this is a nice supplement to our weeknight meals. Bravo to a great local business worth supporting!
