I am a person with disabilities and the struggle of hauling my clothes in my arms still majority wet to a dryer because they don't have baskets, was hard on me, for courtesy and Customer Service that's the least you could do! without a basket one trip with a basket became 3 or 4 and even more for my 2nd washer of clothes. The dryers don't have handles to open them, the start buttons are wore out and you're literally pushing inside the mechanism to start your clothes to dry, the door kept popping open I understand if it had shoes or something causing it to it was just clothes. I got tired of it moved my clothes yet paying again to dry them.money wasted. Just an horrible experience!!! Tables dirty, facility is Hot! Vents nasty THEY NEED AN UPGRADE!!! As if the day wasn't sad enough, this man couldn't read from the pamphlet. He would stop and stutter as if he was on medication. His rant consisted of, and I quote, " 5G is bad, you know, the thing in the corner of your phones. It's killing us and makin cTs and dogs walk circles and die in the road." It also consisted of repeating the cause of death and In a way, condemning people for not checking on him. I'm speaking for me and a few others when I say it was horrifying and my friend would of not approved of the whole thing but he would of gotten a good laugh at the 5g rant so at least there's that.
