Do yourself a favor and do not get a piercing from this place. Harsh environment, cold service, and a piercing that I was entirely unhappy with. I got my septum pierced and the woman who got the jewelry for me picked one that was way too big for my face, and then the man piercing my nose told me I couldn't pick in what spot I wanted the piercing to go, and he put it way too far forward in my nose. It looked terrible and he was super rude, yanking my head around, didn't give me any time to consider that maybe I wanted to go somewhere else with piercers who would be more communicative and better listeners. Being a foreigner in Madrid wanting to get a piercing, we were hesitant to go just anywhere. After some research we found Factory Tattoo online, which was really easy to find near Gran Via. The employees were super nice and spoke some English which helped, it was a great price and we didn't have to wait long to get piercings. It was also extremely clean and sterile. walked in, got pierced, payed and walked out. the quickest piercing shop i've ever been. they asked me what i want, guided me to the piercing room, the piercer cleaned my ear, pierced me (and i prefer his way, because he didnt give me time to become nervous, pull away, feel pain,...) the placement is good, piercing isnt placed crooked or anything. but i wouldn't recommend this place for newbies or tattoos. i took about 5 min, cost 9 euros (because i got the basic piercing jewelry). their english was sufficient and they gave me a paper in english with aftercare instructions. good, would recommend :) read more
