I showed the Eli a picture of what I wanted (which was the same style I had but trimmed down). He took a little more than an hour and kept complaining how much his arm hurt because he was cutting my hair. By the time I saw my hair, it was way shorter than what I wanted. I had medium length hair but by this time my hair was short. I told him that's enough. Short hair, I can live with. What I found after I took a shower really got me PO. I noticed that there is a portion of my hair that is 1 inch long and the rest is 3 inches long. THATS RIDICULOUS! You can see the pictures attached. He even forgot to clean my neckline. I Had to leave in a hurry cause this guy took so long. This guy does not know how to cut hair and I would avoid this place. Then to my surprise, they charged me $50 for this POS hair cut. I traveled to atlanta for business and this ruined my week. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. AVOID THIS PLACE.

He proceeds to tell me I have to download a app, make an account and schedule through there. It was so annoying but I did it anyway. I book for 1pm Friday and texted him to confirm. He does confirm and says perfect. I get there 15 minutes early and there's about 3 walk ins sitting in the shop. It's already 1:20pm and one man is getting off the chair. Someone gets on it and I'm looking at him like wtf??? He tells me he's behind and I'm next. I'm like whatever it happens. But then he closes the door in my face and makes me wait in the hallway (closing door so I don't see him try to cut every head in there before me) as over another hour goes by I get inpatient and knock on the door, as I do so the 3RD WALK IN is getting on the chair! It's almost 3oclock now, made me download a bs app just to take his friends that walked in? Never seen anything so disrespectful, and his cuts are nothing special anyway. It was just ok, but to pay $76 for a men's haircut (no shampoo or product was put in my hair) I expected more. I went in, the barber introduced themselves, asked what I wanted, so I explained. They then sprayed my hair wet with a water bottle, cut my hair, and send me on my merry way. No shampoo. No blowdry/styling. It was the bare minimum. I will NEVER go back there--such a rip off. Also, it wasn't even a scissor cut. 80% of the hair cut was done with clippers. So disappointed.
