They do have cute items, but it is pricey. The young lady working there August 9th was not friendly. While my mother attempted to purchase a ring, I was standing to the side looking at the jewelry. The girl spent her time watching me as though I was stealing. I didn't touch the jewelry. My mother called her out and was able to make her purchase, which she regretted. I get the need to monitor for shoplifting; however, this girl went overboard. I do not recommend this store unless you go in advertising that you are very rich.

Well he gave them to me and to be honest I hated them so I went back to Samuels on Saturday and told the sales associate I wanted to return them. She told me that since my husband paid cash for the earrings I would give them back the earrings and the receipt and the corporate office in Texas would send me a check in 21 days. Now maybe I'm not getting their way of doing business but who in their right mind is going to give them the earrings, the receipt and be told the check is in the mail no one I know. The most interesting part is the sales associate that sold my husband the earrings was the same one I was speaking to in the store so when my husband asked her why she did not tell him of their return policy she had no answer. I can not believe that a business would penalize a customer for paying with cash by making them wait for 21 days to receive a refund. Also when the sales associate called the manager who was in the food court having lunch and explained that we wanted to speak to her she told the sales associate who did explain the situation to her, she told her to get our phone number and name and she would call me after her lunch break. Well it's now been 2 1/2 hours later and still no call. Who's kidding who the business is a rip off and just does not want to refund our money. Well I'm not through yet I will show up at the store until I receive my refund. Got it fixed, took my receipt back and Mitch stood there calling me a liar, denying involvement, was rude, condescending, and refused to reimburse me.
