My attorneys failed to disclose conflicts, involved unauthorized people despite my express instructions, and eventually withdrew after harming both my case and my health. I'm now pro se, trying to fix the damage they left behind. I've filed formal grievances and am pursuing legal remedies. They seemed more focused on protecting one another than representing me. The public image they project doesn't match the experience of many clients, especially those of us who are not of European descent. Just read the other reviews. I wish I had.

I was quite disappointed, as it did take a long time to get my medical records, Mr Dragovic still does not have them all. He chose not to continue to investigate my case further. I believe whole heartily if he would have waited until he had everything, he would have known that my case IS a "smoking gun". So now I am left to find another attorney to start over with and a very short time period left to do so, before the statue of limitations runs out.

My regret is that I suggested to Andy that I wanted to go to trail with my claim I also told him that I felt like he was working for the defendant because of some of the things he said and did while representing my claim. I would say if you have doubts please get a second opinion, wish I would have. But unfortunately I felt like I was Bullied into settling out of Court. By the time I looked into contesting My decision I was about a month too late.
