And the only reason we opened the Ravalli account is that the Stevensville branch is not open on Saturdays. I have never had a problem with Clearwater. They have always accommodated us for notary service and any other help needed. Their bill pay is fast and efficient. The payments are usually received by the recipient the next day or two. I have never had trouble with the mobile deposit function or any of the website functions. Sometimes it takes some bad experiences at another CU to realize how good Clearwater is! I have had sub par experiences with Business banking here, unfortunately all in part to daily…read morebanking tasks such as deposits etc. Numerous times I am asked my name, and if it's on the bank account. One drive through teller said I was not authorized to sign the back of the check written to my business, the business name needed to be signed on the back of the checks- this conversation turned into a 5 min back and forth as to how illegitimate just signing the business name is and that anyone could do that and cash checks written to my business. Furthermore, I had an experience with a tell who said she did not want to print every single deposit transaction receipt because it was "a lot of work". I hope Clearwater can get it together more so small business banking can be more streamlined. I wish to support locally, however the compounding effect of little weakness in daily operations really is causing me to reconsider my banking needs.
