It's easy to walk to, there is street parking, but it fills up fast, so your best bet is to either find parking and walk, take the bus or just walk there. I recently came in to apply for a mortgage with my boyfriend, and the representative who we were dealing with was quite new, so he had to ask for a lot of help, which is fine, I'd rather he ask for the help. We went a couple of times, and we were able to get a good 5 year fixed rate on a mortgage, they do match their rates with competitors. The tellers when you go to make a transaction are super friendly and nice. Very helpful and converse with you. They give you good advice, but they are in sales, so they do try and sell you on some things as well, so just be weary, it's part of their job. This location also has security guards posted inside and near the atms as well, because being a downtown location, they definitely need it. This was a great location to walk to and was close to work and a lot of downtown shops if you need to take a bit of cash out, talk to a financial adviser. They're hours are posted on the doors and they're not open on Sundays. The ATM is accessible from Dundas street and the best times to go are early in the morning and throughout the day, I wouldn't go at night.
