This was not a fire. Yesterday at about 12.30 ne of your staff, Lachlan, from Fairweather Green depot saw me at the roadside clearly with a problem: my car had broken down and I was having difficulty contacting the completely digitised AA. I am in my eighties and technology is not in my skill set. Lachlan stopped and helped me to connect to the AA. He also offered me water and the opportunity to sit down. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. I obviously thanked him at the time, but I wanted his colleagues to know of his kind deed.
