I dealt with Yvonne at Faith Realty on a property in Parsons, Kansas and spoke to her at length about the property and she answered many questions about the property and then I told her I would make an offer if I could see more photos. She then told me "If you would like, I can go and take more photos tomorrow and send them to you." I told her that I would love that. Then, the next day she texted me the SAME photos on a Zillow listing of the property that we had talked about the previous day. So, I called her and told her that I thought she was going to the property today and taking more photos of the home and sending them to me, to which she replied: " I am going over there Friday and showing the property and I will take some photos then." Well, Friday is several days away and it was obvious that she was interested in dealing with another buyer and was putting me on the back-burner because I was anticipating photos today that I am now not going to get. I was going to pay a great price in cash for the property, but who knows what this new potential buyer was offering her. All that I know is that she lied to me and is not to be trusted. You should be careful when dealing with her because a lot of money is at stake when buying a home and if you cannot trust the word of the realtor that you are dealing with, then you do not know what could happen in an important transaction where your money is at stake.
