I already wasn't feeling this church. The first few times I went I liked it and then something in me kept saying try different churches. I sent an email to this church following the death of Charlie and that I was upset they didn't speak on this attack on Christianity and that he was one of the most out spoken Christian's known in the world. I said nothing about politics because this assassination was an attack from the devil and the anti christ. The following week (this 9 am service this Sunday) the pastor spoke about my email and decided to go off about he doesn't talk about what we want he only discuses what he feels god tells him to tell, then decided to make majority of the message about dropping your adjectives of your faith stating things such as politics and race. Which I do agree but the fact the church was dead silent because clearly your message was not good, you only had the same 3-4 front row people yelling Jesus and amen like they do each week like his little hype crew when it's quiet. When the church is quiet he makes it known we're being quiet to get the church to get louder when you should be looking at why we were quiet inside yourself. There is an attack on Christianity right now and after he talked about the email he spoke about fake Christians which is a disrespectful attack on his followers. Even some CATHOLIC churches are speaking about the attack because it's a serious attack on Christianity and our beliefs. So, overall I disgusted by this message and I will not recommend this church to anyone and will not be going back. And just so there is no argument from the church, the email was not disrespectful in any way I just stated it's an attack on our faith and was upset that they didn't even talk about it. I stated being quiet just because they don't want to lose followers. I didn't say make a whole message about Charlie, but a message about what happened should have been done due to the attack our faith is under right now. I stated nothing about my political views or my beliefs on his topics. He was a man of God and this pastor turned their back on him and that is a part of our faith. Final thing I need to say is the weekend of Charlie's death he stated he told the pastor who preached that weekend (Oscar) to not speak on it because it was the lead pastors responsibility and this was his message. A true disgrace to his so called "fake" Christians. Oh just to add a tid bit of my personal information. I've only voted once in my life so I am not a political person, I am a veteran so I defended this country and took an oath to defend this country from enemies foreign and domestic and pledged that under God. Also, I have zero social media so I have zero ties to being influenced from outside sources. So again this is as a disgrace as a church who is supposed to be followers of the lord and savior Jesus Christ. A man who was a Christian, a father, and a husband lost his life because of his religious beliefs so the church should take a stance against evil and not turn their back to it. So instead of calling some of us fake Christian's maybe you should look inside yourself and see if you're a false teacher. I have been prepared to meet the lord and savior and answers to my wrong doings, I've struggled with my faith over the years but I never turned by back to Jesus once he came into my life . So no one has the right to call me a fake Christian or follower. read more

Faithbridge is home!!! Never have I experienced such an atmosphere of fellowship and worship that is centered around Christ.

Mannnn before coming to Faithbridge the main thing I asked the Lord was to find a Church led by the Holy Spirit and speak straight from the word, all of it not just the good as other Pastors have done in previous Churches I've went to. Praise and worship is spirit filled and at times going longer into it than others because of the presence felt in the moment and letting that take it's course as opposed to being systematic with time constraints and rushing the moment. My wife and kids have grown so much in the year and 2 months that we've been coming here. Pastor Brian Johnson always makes himself accessible after service even during service if you need to talk to him and when needing prayer he makes the time. They offer young adults on Tuesdays. Men's, Women's, or youth ministry on Wednesdays. Events throughout the year as well, bringing families closer together, fellowship is endless.
