Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of spirits and other snack, beverage and grocery items. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have been in the Hamtramck community for a while and have a great relationship with those who frequent the store.

It's grown up into a full fledged liquor store or was it always like that and I was just so focused on the candy. I have many fond memories of the corner store as it was, the name and management has changed but it is still the local store for the GPP, especially since Mulier's been gone for ages now.
