Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Gavin didn't have the professional courtesy to return two of my phone calls nor did he bother to follow up with me through his website client interest form, which is documented and forbids his assistant from providing his email address to potential and established customers, which was another red flag! I also contacted "Authority Brands" WHO Owns the Monster Tree Service Franchise about this encounter. This probably partly explains the negative reviews from others who have also had unfavorable encounters with this specific Monster Tree Service Franchise.
