We came to Falkner Winery for the first time today to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. Highlight of our day was a VIP wine tasting on the patio with Halee. She spent over two hours with us. We tasted lots of wonderful wine and her wealth of knowledge is absolutely incredible. She has the most amazing personality and by the end of the tasting we felt like friends. We learned a lot had a nice relaxing time. She then took us on a little tour to see where the wine is produced and finished with a glass of port on the patio. All four of us decided to become wine members because of Halee. We are looking forward to our next visit. We started off in the restaurant for lunch and had a fabulous meal restaurant is very luxurious but the menu prices are very affordable and lots of midweek specials. The definition of personable, warm, inviting, and welcoming service is absolutely Falkner Winery. I cannot wait to come back to this location and experience everything it has to offer soon again. I previously had found this winery just searching the web for a wine tasting experience to plan for my birthday. I went through with booking a reservation for 8 of us, shoutout to Raymond, for really just trying to make my idea of how my birthday wanted to go, come to life. We were in touch through email, and he was on top of it! Unfortunately, I was forced to cancel my reservation, but I knew in my heart that I still wanted to visit Falkner as part of my birthday experience and I did just that. Perched on top of a mountain, with the absolute best views. Plenty of free parking spots available. Walking into the winery, beautiful layout, the inside has a beautiful bar area available for tastings, and a big outside patio for a covered outdoor seating with high tables and stools along with lower seating options. They also have a beautiful grassy area that is available to host weddings, there was a wedding reception the day we were there. Upon walking inside, we were warmly greeted by Jim. He was an absolute pleasure. He really made my birthday weekend truly special, and I wish I had just spent my entire wine tasting experience at Falkner instead of the first location I went to. We walked in around 4:00pm barely making it in time for a tasting before they close at 5, and Jim did not turn us away! He carefully explained the wine tasting experience, he gave us more than a few options to sample before we ended up choosing to buy a bottle. He gave us a logical option of buying a bottle vs doing a regular tasting so we had enough time to enjoy ourselves at the winery while still taking in the experience. Because of the wedding that was taking place, they had platters of cheese & crackers, and a platter of berries, Jim did not hesitate and pulled the platters infront of us, offering us plates & napkins to create personal platters for us for free and enjoy them with our bottle out on the patio. With only barely just 45 minutes of a tasting experience, he went above & beyond to land a great impression on us. The views were beautiful, the experience was great, and the hospitality was unmatched. We truly enjoyed our experience here. Even though it was short lived, it left a long lasting memory and impression on us and we can't wait to be back. We came home with a wonderful bottle of wine and reminiscing on our visit. read more

The food from Pinnacle Restaurant was excellent, the tables were set up beautifully, and the views made the whole experience even more special. Falkner Winery was the perfect venue for our October wedding. We specifically wanted a winery that offered both great food and a full bar (not just wine), and Faulkner checked every box. One of the biggest highlights was that their day-of coordinator, Victoria, was included--and she was fantastic. From the very beginning, the team provided a clear planning checklist and a list of trusted vendors, which made the entire process feel manageable (especially since we're not natural planners). Everything was organized, communication was strong, and it truly felt like working with a well-oiled machine. The venue itself is absolutely stunning--it genuinely feels like you're in Tuscany. The sunset views are unreal, and both the bridal suite and barrel room were beautiful spaces for getting ready and photos. The food was also a huge win. We did a tasting beforehand and loved it, and our guests are still talking about how good everything was. That alone says a lot. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly and right on time. Victoria kept everything moving seamlessly, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy the day. We also added an extra late-night hour in the restaurant space, which was such a fun way to extend the celebration with more dancing, drinks, and late-night bites. We had the best time!! We booked the VIP tour and Jim had the best table reserved for us. He was so knowledgeable about the winery, the wines and the wine making process. It was a step above the tastings I've done in the area which was exactly what we were looking for. There was a DJ that was playing the funnest music (not too loud), a beautiful view, and a taco truck if you're hungry. This was our first stop of the day and we were there for 3 hours. We love Jim!! Such beautiful views especially because we arrived just before sunset. There's a large deck in the front of the tasting room that overlooks the valley as well as a large grassy area to the side. Plenty of seating on the patio. I had the pleasure of trying their Almante Super Tuscan at a local event and came just to get a glass and enjoy the views. Andy was the wine pourer and he was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our wine on the grassy area and took pictures by the cute photo spot. I was here for my birthday weekend on October 4th. Me and my boyfriend did the Temecula Wine Trolley tour and Falkner was our first stop. I loved this place as soon as I saw it. The views were beautiful! Our tour included the tastings. I fell in love with the sweet dessert wine 2023 Port. I used 6 of my 9 tickets on on the Port 2023. I became a wine club member because of that wine. Our hostess was so nice she explained all the wines we inquired about. I love that this winery allows you to try anything on their menu. While we were only visiting the property for 1 hour and 20 minutes it was enough time to view the property and take plenty of pictures. There was a man playing a guitar and singing although the music wasn't appealing the views were. I didn't go to the restaurant but my boyfriend did buy tacos from the lady grilling in the back of the property. I must say that I will be driving up to pick up my wine monthly and sit and drink my two free glasses. read more

We joined this wine club after visiting this place once. We loved the views and the huge Crush House, which is a beautiful vaulted barn. The thing that just ruins this place is an unfriendly vibe from the staff, is it too much trouble to smile, they make you feel unwelcome, Also the 8 glasses a month you get with your membership is just a tasting, not a glass like the other wineries. Also if you join tbeir white wine club you have to buy your "taste" of red or sangria. This is unlike the other 2 wineries we have joined, which actually give you a normal size glass of wine and even a smile and a feeling that they're glad you're there. It's so sad that the staff let this place down so badly because the wines are decent and the food truck food is really good. I would describe this place as stunningly beautiful, with good wine and food truck but DISAPPOINTING! read more

We got there around 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Sunday , they had a guy making fresh tacos on the deck and a DJ that was spinning out some danceable Jams.... " a little bit too loud to be on the outside, you couldn't really hear a person talking to you" We decided to have our tasting on the inside and we could still hear the music. It was so fun. We had our office Christmas party here and we had a private building. We were greeted warmly and escorted downstairs to have appetizers and cocktails prior to seating for dinner. The appetizers, especially the crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms and shrimp we're all 10/10. It can be difficult to keep appetizers warm when they pass them out by the tray but they were all warm and delicious. Then we headed upstairs and the dinner buffet was also 10/10. The pesto chicken was very moist and tender. It's hard to feed multiple people and keep white chicken breasts moist. All the sides were delicious and the service was phenomenal! My husband and I, and family members thought we would give this winery a try for the first time. It is in a beautiful location with the most amazing views. Tastings are $35 which I think is typical for Temecula. We were enjoying the beautiful weather and thought we would go to the outdoor tasting area, and that is the reason I am giving this winery my three stars. The music was so loud that you could not hear yourself speak and had to ask a few times to hear what wine selection we were being poured. My watch even gave me a loud noise warning as the music was being played over 90 decibels! I love music and I don't even mind louder music, but when it is being played so loud you can't even hold a conversation without having to yell to the person next to you that makes it uncomfortable. I am not going to review the wine as we all have different pallets, but I did like one or two. Some sediment in the bottom of the glass with one of the reds, not sure about that, as the wineries I am a member of don't have that. Can not review the food as we did not eat there. Worth visiting for the modern vibes! This place has a great view from their patio, and while tastings are inside, you can bring them out to enjoy the view! Would just have to go back in every time you were ready for your next glass. Very open seating and when you keep walking you'll see a large grass area for kids and dogs to run around in! Lots of trees to shade you from the sun as well. On Saturday they had a live dj which made it feel more lively for the younger crowd. Falkner Winery is one of our favorite wineries in town. We are wine club members, and regularly stop by on weekends to enjoy a glass of wine. The view from the patio is fantastic and enjoying a lovely glass of wine there is one of our favorite things to do on a nice day. They regularly have entertainment, sometimes it is a DJ, other times it is live music. They also have tacos some days. There are often wedding events here, and it is a popular stop for winery tours so it can get pretty busy some weekends, but we have never had an issue getting a table. Service is always excellent! Jim in the tasting room is the best! Knowledgeable, attentive and personable. In the wine club room, Holly is awesome! My husband and I have been to several of the wineries in Temecula, and this is the one we enjoy visiting the most. Our favorite wines are the Meritage and Super Tuscan ! read more

We originally reached out to Falkner Winery to inquire about wedding packages and prices. Prices were within our budget so we decided to do a tour. During the tour, our tour guide was very brief with everything. She showed us around the ceremony site which had rose bushes that were just trimmed. I asked if the roses are normally bloomed for the time of the year that we were planning. She was then confused and didn't know what time of year we were even talking about. Why did I submit an inquire then? For all other tours I've done elsewhere, they normally go through our inquiry prior to our arrival and know everything but that just showed unpreparedness and it was kinda unprofessional. After our tour, she took us to her office and gave us a pricing pamphlet and asked us if we had any questions. That was really it. She didn't go over much on the pamphlet just kinda handed it to us and sent us on our way. Such a red flag and also so disappointing for us considering the customer service wasn't there. If you're thinking of booking Falkner Winery for your wedding, I recommend doing a deep dive into all the reviews before proceeding. A few days after our initial tour, we submitted some questions and even that took a few days for a response. Although the venue is beautiful, the customer service isn't and will probably compromise your experience. read more
