Dr. Patish's orthotics have changed my life! I suffer from severely flat feet, which makes walking very painful. He listened to my concerns and made me multiple pairs of custom orthotics that fit perfectly into my sneakers. They even have a slight heel at the back, which make walking much more comfortable and give me a bit more height, which I greatly appreciate. Now I am able to walk for hours around my college campus and go to the gym with no pain. Dr. Patish also treated my ingrown toe nail, which was severe enough to require minor surgery. He is excellent at what he does and provided a calming presence throughout the procedure. He gave clear instructions on how to take care of my toe afterwards, and I have not had ingrown toe nail pains ever since! Highly recommend Fallbrook Podiatry for any and all foot ailments. I have had two procedure - one foreign object extraction and one ingrown toenail removal. Both were painful and limiting my movement substantially. Dr Patish was able to get me in the day I called in, which is a rarity in the medical world nowadays. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with and they are always on top of scheduling and follow ups. For the procedures, Dr Patish made me feel comfortable and took the time to properly and adequately numb my toe. For the foreign body extraction I had initially gone to the ER and the doctor injected my toe and immediately started digging in to try to locate the glass. Dr Patish on the other hand, was in no rush and made sure the site was number and removed the object in less than a minute. Two other doctors at the ER had spent over 5 minutes fishing around in my toe to get the object out and gave up and told me to go to an orthopedic surgeon whose schedule was booked for well over 3 months. Long story short, just call Dr Patish if you need your feet fixed, they take excellent care of their patients. read more

Never been to a Podiatrist before, but I'm pretty sure they explain what's going to be done to help you before they start treatments. This man simply said, "I can help you" and began cutting away. I asked if he could he explain what his plan was with me being unfamiliar and all. He said I'm going to cut these nails, then the receptionist will come in to get a payment from you then we'll do a laser treatment. $200 later, he comes in, uses this laser, then gave no guidance for aftercare. Best experience ever! I was afraid of the Podiatrist office because of a bad experience as a teenager, but Dr. Parish was so personable, he never got frustrated with my indecisive attitude, explained everything throughly, didn't mind repeating himself for me, was very polite, funny, and patient. Very pleased with the staff & Dr. Patish. My mother had an appointment at 11:45 am & we arrived a 1/2 hour early to fill out new patient forms. We received the paperwork within a few minutes of our arrival. Impressive! As soon as I finished filling out the paperwork, my mother was called by the nurse & taken to one of the rooms. Less than ten minutes later, Dr. Patish entered the room & began working on my mother's feet. He was very personable and has a good sense of humor. My mother felt very comfortable with him. Yesterday, I accompanied my husband to see Dr. Patish for toe nail clipping. The hubby's nails had not been clipped in years. When he could no longer walk comfortably due to the length and extreme thickness of the nails, the hubby finally surrendered and went in to see Dr. Patish with some serious trepidation. This was his initial visit so he didn't know what to expect. To his delight, Dr. Patish immediately calmed him down, reassured him of his expertise, and gently clipped all of his toe nails. Hubby's feet have NEVER looked better. According to him, the entire experience was positive, pain-free, pleasant. At all times, Dr. Patish was professional, gentle, and considerate. After observing the great job on my husband's fee, I asked Dr. Patish to look at my own fungal toe nail situation. He managed to fit me in and I've begun treatment for very resistant nail fungus. I will provide an update as my treatment progresses. Meanwhile, I highly recommend Dr. Patish. Prices are reasonable and the front office (Christina) was extremely warm, congenial, accommodating. I had an appointment with Dr. Patish yesterday, I called all over last minute looking for a podiatrist to get into at about 4:00 but nobody would see me due to offices closing around 5:00 I'm so thankful I found Fallbrook Podiatry, the second I called Rachel was so sweet, helpful, and compassionate over the phone. She said they could accommodate to get me in that night at 7:00pm and the doctor would stay over to see me. I was SO happy as I felt I really needed to be seen that day! I live in menifee and his office is about a 30-35 min drive for me but let me tell you it was absolutely worth it ! Upon arrival Rachel greeted me immediately and I was started on the new patient forms, they took me back and Dr. Patish came in to see me, he was so gentle, and had amazing bedside manner as I was soooo nervous (I've never seen a podiatrist before) he definitely calmed me and made the process such a breeze. The procedure I had done was not painful at all, he made sure I was completely numbed up before he started so I wouldn't feel a thing. I was a cash patient and I really appreciate how they don't try to rob you, or over charge like most offices would for cash patients. They are very fair and even waived the office fee, they also informed me the next follow up is included in that price. I will only be coming back to Dr. Patish for my future podiatry needs, thank you Dr. Patish and Rachel for providing such an amazing, stress free patient experience at your office !! read more
