I would not use this service. I had been a customer for 4 years and have always had trouble with…read morebeing scheduled. They would say they are coming out and wouldn't show nor communicate that they weren't coming and when I was back in the schedule. The last straw was not having my grass cut for 4 weeks even though they kept on telling me I was on the schedule. When I asked if my grass was going so be cut today they said they were dropping me as a customer. No valid reason. Now I am left with a yard looking horrible after trusting this horrible service provider. Response to Owners response: The response by the business owner was quite inaccurate. I did not throw a fit I simply inquired as to why by rate increased 27% from the previous year. I didn't like their answer and decided to seek out other contractors. After a search I decided to go back to New Beginnings. Never was I told that I was outside of their service zone and they took me back so how does that make sense? After I accepted they didn't come out for over 2 weeks. They told me I was scheduled for the weekend of April 24 but didn't show, didn't call. April 30 at 12:41 Todd said he was going to be here shortly. Never showed, never called. He finally came on May 4 after some texting from me. Didn't cut the rest of the month of May. Was eventually told on May 29 my grass would be cut that afternoon. Didn't show, didn't call. I texted the next day asking what happened. Emily quite rudely said I was on the schedule but didn't say when and Todd didn't show on Saturday or Sunday. I reached out on Monday asking "Will my grass be cut today?" which was followed up by a termination letter accusing me of poor conduct. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are not who they claim to be. They should change their name to Didn't Show, Didn't Call.

Ayden quoted Tree Service, Stump Grinding, and Haul Away at $1450. Said he would come out on…read moreTuesday 4/21/26 to take down the tree starting at 9-10 AM and finishing between 2-5 PM. He didn't have the right ladder or ropes, but didn't inform me of any of this until I reached out to him when someone drove by my house and said "What is the tree still doing there." He said he was going to come back Friday with the right equipment, I told him I needed it down by Thursday. He came back tuesday night and took another branch or two down. Took Wednesday off for his birthday, and then promised me he would be there Thursday morning before the concrete company came to finish the job for rest of the tree removal, stump grinding, and haul away. He would be at my house at 7:15 in the morning, at 7:07 he said he was on his way, asked if the concrete company delayed at 7:20. I had to leave for work at 8:30, called him at 8:26 and he had to turn around as he forgot his chainsaw. Assuming he got there around 9:00 AM. Cut down rest of the tree, and was unable to grind the stump, nor did he haul away the debris. Had to find this out from the concrete company, and not him. Told him I was going to stop the check I had written for him, and he cashed it anyways while I still have a tree's worth of wood in my front yard and a big stump in my backyard. Hasn't responded to anything. Based off of this, I would avoid at all costs. Awful communication, job unfinished. Hopefully it doesn't result in having to go to small claims but here we are.
