Service was fast. They did a good job and quickly. They had a retractable awning in stock which was hard to believe.

They preach a family owned business with the same core values. Thats total bullsheet. They will crap on you the first chance they get. Brenda and Derek are the biggest two faced business owners I have ever met. They had the company handed to them by there fathers. I will say if you want a good deal on something talk to the head service manager Ed. He will meet you outback, and if you have cash and keep your mouth closed he will sell it to ya. Obviously you won't get a receipt.. He wouldn't want Brenda or Derek to find out. Please if you step on to the property be EXTRA careful. You Definitely don't want to get hurt. I can honestly say anytime I have ever dealt with anyone at this dealership, it has always been a great experience. They are willing to help you get the right parts for your trailer and at a reasonable cost. I've even reached out to them in regards to warranty work and they took the time to direct me to the correct warranty company for my trailer brand. I live in Ohio and have had a permanent camper near erie pa for the last 12 years. The first camper I purchased in oh and had delivered to my camp in pa. As it got older I had issues with it and contracted several different dealers in the area and was very disappointed with there service, not showing up when they said they would and such, one time I got to camp and found my camper was left opened for a week with master keys hanging in the door, that dealer thanked me when I took them to him because they couldn't remember where they left them. When it came time to upsize and get my last camper for retirement time I went to Fame. They gave me great deal and have been very responsive to any of my needs. Now that I'm older I have them do all my PM winterizing etc. they are always when scheduled and do a great job at reasonable cost. I highly recommend you make them your dealer too. read more

Very friendly and helpful RV business. I was traveling on Rte 79 south Erie Pa. We broke the lock on our travel trailer at a rest stop. Thankfully we were only 15 minutes from Fame RV. The repairman went to work on our lock and had us in the road within an hour. They were fair in the price and are very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them. read more
