This restaurant serves great food, has very friendly (trained) waiters, and menus in a few languages. Let me say why it isn't 5 star. 5 Star means: 'It doesn't get any better'. Well, that is not the case: - The plates are cold, not warm when the food is served (so the food cools down quickly) - The chairs are alright, but not perfect - (I was here in January) and the sunset was just not visible from the balcony, and I am pretty sure it was from the restaurant next door. So the kitchen is a very interesting mixture of Spanish and French, combined with fresh food from Tenerife. That's fusion kitchen. I had bacalao Fish with a Chorizo crust. Try the creme brûlée. It's great. And I recommend the local rose wine Viñátigo. In the front part of the restaurant they have a kind of lounge area where you can just sit and have some Tappas if you don't like a complete dinner. But you should.
