My experience was alright until I get home I have a whole row of my chips ahoy cookies missing

Question? Does it cost anything to speak to a person or say thank you since the customer pays your salary? I know you don't care but this store's customer service is horrible. I've been going there for years. They have the worst customer service in the entire history of ever going to a grocery store or any kind of store. With all the negative reviews about their eye rolling and how they talk towards customers they should all be fired. Five video tape a couple of these people that work there and their attitude and some of the crap they say to customers they should be arrested and fired. The worst part besides that is they never stocked the important things at the family dollar. I can't get toothpaste I can't get peroxide I can't get rubbing alcohol they act like it's still covid and you can't get certain things. If I can go down the street to a gas station or I can go to a liquor store and buy toilet paper or I can buy toothpaste at a liquor store family Dollar needs to reassess cuz this is ridiculous. The worst part is is they always have their hot chips and all the junk food and all the candy stocked and things you don't need but things that are important like Advil aspirin things you need for healthcare they never have it there. It's almost impossible to find toothpaste it's really strange. has to do with the management it has to do with the lazy people that work there and how ignorant they are they should all be fired again just start from scratch get people in there that actually are going to be told to do their job and appreciate having a paycheck.. It's a shame cuz I live two blocks from there and I now have to resort to go in somewhere way further just so I can get products that should be common stock on a shelf at a family dollar. They just reopened after closing down reopening closing down and they had this brand new look but nothing stocked in the shelves it's ridiculous only junk food and things that are unimportant are on the shelves I don't need processed snack cakes and hot chips when I'm looking for peroxide Band-Aids toothpaste fennel floss you can't even get this stuff because they never stock it. Don't even dare ask one of these clowns how come there's nothing on the shelves they'll give you this arrogant look and start saying cocky stuff to you they're just people that think they can do whatever they want and family Dollar should be ashamed of himself for having this kind of ignorance running one of their stores they're making it look real bad for family Dollar meaning I'll just go to the other dollar store that's 10 blocks away cuz they always have their stock shelves. read more

This store needs new management! Manger is rude the cashiers are even ruder don't smile or say hello on their phone. Store always a mess hazard all the way around ! Have you even seen a mix diversity at this store ??? Lets be honest ‍...... Next step in calling corporate office. That African American Manager needs to go back to management do's and don't! I'm at this Family Dollar 2-3 times a week, and never had a problem with the business its the management who does the hiring my girlfriend has applied several times and was racially discriminated against...it's now 11/12/15 and they have a new manager so my girlfriend applied again...passed the drug screening and waited weeks for her backround check to come through which came back great just to hear some bulls*** excuse about not having enough experience....again we feel like she's being discriminated against racially...I live a hop skip and a jump away and will now travel to another store before I ever go to another Family Dollar.. read more

I was pretty much in & out because I knew what I needed & where it was but what disappointment me was the cashiers attitude. I requested cash back from a purchase & she had an attitude about it. "You ask for cash back?" In a very condescending tone like I wasn't allowed to request for cash back. I understand that they just open & I didn't ask for much (the minimum allowed) I have/do work retail/customer service for 19 years & I know there was cash in drawer (you have to have something to open with) so I'm not sure what the problem was. read more

I was there April 25th. 8:58 AM door was open for employee. 9:05 AM store was closed, and when I nocked, somebody from store screamed on me from within and didn't open. It was very rude. Ileft and will never shop at this location. read more
