The parking lot is spacious with easy access in and out, which was really convenient. That said, the store itself is a smaller, it also doesn't carry beer and wine, and wasn't well-stocked during my visit. If you're looking for a better selection, the Chillicothe location is a nicer option and not too far away but if in the Waverly area it is still a good option for shopping.

The one that makes me write a stupid review. I needed to make a fairly substantial purchase in electronics but no one was around. After about 10 minutes, an employee shows up. They can't help me so they page someone. Around 5-10 minutes later, a second employee shows up. They can't help me so they page someone. A few minutes go by and a third employee shows up. They can't help me so they page someone. Keep in mind, all I need is a case unlocked. A key and a person to turn it. Okay... about 10 minutes has gone by and a FOURTH employee shows up. They can't help me so they page someone. Now, I've been waiting in electronics for well over 30 minutes. Not getting service is bad. Getting the wrong person FOUR TIMES is something else. A level of incompetence that I can't wrap my head around. I left without my purchase and without ever meeting an employee capable of turning that key.

The hair dye was on my hair for over 2 hours plus put in the hair heater for 20 mins. When I came back and sat down from the first dye part(dye was put on twice) my hair was falling out in clumps and she had me brush it by myself and kept telling me to go easy on my ends because of course the ends were just falling off. I almost broke down right there...but then I seen how long she was cutting my hair for(over an hour) and she was acting like she couldn't get it right and finally just stopped cutting and said it could be finished later. She said quite a few things like "I know I'm not happy with it, so I know you're not happy with it. Kept saying "I seen this on YouTube, let's try it!!" AND...."I'm sorry I can only cut on your hair for another minute because I gotta get to my show, you can come back Tuesday and I'll finish it." but I went to Demi Teeters and got it fixed and omg it looks a million times better!! The whole time I was there her husband kept coming back to pick her up and I felt bad the WHOLE time I was getting my hair done, like I was causing a problem from being there. I just felt rushed and not a good feeling at all. I liked her at first and we talked a lot, but when she didn't offer anything to me, it didn't set right with me. Because any other time I've had my hair done and it didn't turn out right I got a refund or something. If you want a great hair stylist, go to Demi Teeters!! I will NEVER go to anyone else but her!! I put some pictures of my hair that was done by creative design. Those speak for themselves alone... My hair is one of the most important things to me so I was devastated..

Their dress selection is good and their prices are fair, but if you need a tuxedo, then I would recommend The Men's Shop in Chillicothe OH. Their business is tuxedos first, not dresses first and tuxes on the side. Kristina's Kloset will not get my business again after two failures during senior prom season.

There is a side door on the right side of the house. The lady inside was very very friendly. She was great with my two year old niece. The lady was very social and courteous. My hair looks fantastic.
