The place is family run (I believe) so you know they give much attention to everything! The place is clean and tidy. The staff are super friendly, polite and friendly. Very professional yet personal. Machines are new and perfectly running. The dropped off laundry is even more phenomenal! The clothes come really nicely folded and smelled so fresh. They even texted us if we wanted suavitel fabric softener on the clothes. They also text you when your clothes are ready. I believe they also do pick up and delivery. Clothes are ready the same day as well. Prices are reasonable for the service they give you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my laundry needs. I used this laundromat since day one of them opening. They are clean, new and very efficient. There are always washers and dryers available. I Also got my laundry done many times and they fold it very cute and organized it. They add extra softener if you request it and even separate your colors. I was just visiting family here in New York so I tired this laundromat since it's just down the street. The lady up front was very nice. I asked if there's any tips for removing stains and immediately she took my shirt and sprayed something on it and hand washed it for me. And the stains came off! I was so excited when this laundromat opened in my neighborhood. It has new machines and is very clean but they dont do the job properly. I wish I could give 0 stars. Im pretty sure that all these people who have given 5 stars are not paying any attention on the way their clothes are being washed. To not forget the price that is super expensive that any other laundry in Brooklyn. So, i selected the process with hot water which was $2.75. The water wasn't hot, just lukewarm. It says that has a pre-wash and a main-wash. So, i put detergent in both boxes (for the pre-wash and main-wash). It took the soap for the pre-wash but it never drained the water. With the same water took the soap for the main- wash. It was way to much soap. And it rinsed only 1 time. It stays 15 min to rinse the clothes without changing the water, which is crazy. And i had 3 machines. In all of them the process was the same. I asked the lady that this is not normal. She said i have to pay 50 cent for extra rinse. But, it just give you 10 more minutes but doesn't change te water. So, it stayed 25 min doing the rinse without changing the water. And i paid $3.25 per machine. My clothes in the end were not rinsed at all. I had to put them again without the soap. The person who was there was rolling her eyes when i was talking to her. Super rude. And she didn't bother to say "I'm sorry", forget about giving me money for washing them twice. (I didn't even bother to ask) I found another place, ( i have to drive for like 20 min to go there) but it's amazing. I pay $2.25 per machine but it has hot water, pre-wash and 2 times rinse. People please pay attention. You are being ripped off and your clothes are not being washed properly.. read more

Just tried this laundromat for the first time today for wash & fold service. Both ppl working there were very nice and noticed it was my first time and just made sure I was okay with them using Tide detergent and I thought that was very thoughtful. To top it off they text you when your clothes are ready to be picked up, very grateful for the same day service. read more

I was really excited about new laundromat opening up in the neighborhood. All machines are brand new, the place is very clean and the people who work there are really nice too. At the beginning all worked fine. However, my last three washes ended up in "sticky" clothes that resulted in a rash on my skin. I changed my detergent and decided to use washing machines of different sizes... however this resulted in same thing. I love the laundromat but if it doesn't rinse my clothes properly I don't see a reason why I would come there again. I think there is a problem with water pressure and not enough water comes inside the washing machine. When I took out all of my clothes from the washing machine, even the washer's drum ( inside) was all sticky. During my last wash, I used half the detergent I normally used, and didn't use fabric softener at all as I thought that's causing an issue. I used to work in a laundromat myself so I am not one of the people who overdo it with detergent... other customers had the same problem as I've asked them when I was done with my laundry.. It's sad how quickly this place started failing. read more
