We also had an unusual situation where our closing costs needed to be negotiated after the former owners figured out whether they would be getting anything back at the end, and Katie handled that good faith arrangement with skill. We were able to close at the time we had agreed upon and were so happy at how smoothly everything went on closing day. Most notably, we had so many problems with our negligent home inspector. Though this was outside of what we had contracted Katie to do, she not only provided really helpful legal advice about taking this home inspector to small claims but also eventually handled the negotiations between us to settle.
