The irrigation system was installed by an outsourced company and they did a decent job. However, Global Lawn Care told me I needed to pay $3000 for the sod. They came to measure not once, but twice. I allowed them to do the job and it was absolutely terrible. Half of the grass they use was already dead and the work was very patchy. The front of my house, which is the first thing people see is still bald in many spots. They left a pile of rocks sitting on the walkway...DANGEROUS!!! Although the staff are friendly, the work is very poor. I am not only in the process of looking for a new lawn care company, I'm considering seeking litigation for this gross wrongdoing. These guys come out to repair much of the damage to our yard caused by Hurricane Irma. They also cleaned up and hauled everything away. The only complaint I had was the damage to a half dozen sprinkler heads, caused by overly enthusiastic workers who were weeding with hoes. Paul and Rob are professionals. They showed up on time, carefully prep the area around the house and worked nonstop until they finished. They also cleaned up the working areas immaculate. While working up there, Paul also spotted a roof area that needs to be fixed and advised us what to do. Since we have some flowers plants, Paul explained thoroughly what we should do for the next few days in order to protect those plants from chemicals that dripped.
