He did not listen one iota, he kept talking about why I would save SO much money on buying g one from them, also I better make a $350 reservation fee because they where flying of the shelves! Well... we were not impressed with the obvious lack of product knowledge and decided to try Hot Springs. I was not impressed walking up or in to the store, it's fairly small and they only had maybe 6-7 ones on display. But then we were created by their sales representative Randall Long. Very quickly it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He could answer all my questions and when I said I wanted a salt water spa he was super informed about that as well. (Other place said that was just a terrible solution) We have now our new spa installed, it is beautiful and it works wonders as well as deliver fun. I am so happy we decided to come to this place!

Also, the build took three days and three trips for a small above ground pool and it's been sitting over a week unfinished. I paid for the extra trip charges for the builders as well. The liner was the wrong size and that was corrected, but I'm still missing two upright pieces. The bowling green office where I purchased the pool would not return my calls. Eventually, they told me to call and speak with Jim at the Cookeville office and I've left multiple messages with no returned call. At this point, I just want the pool gone and my money back. I can't say if they do good work or not. I can say they need to hire a competent person to answer the phone and people to follow up. After sending everything they requested for the discount, the guy I spoke with added the discount to my cart but when I went to checkout, the discount was gone. I called back and asked for a manager and she said that they could no longer do the price match and had deleted the discount from my cart! She told me that they don't really have to price match because of a loophole that's written into their policy. Don't waste your time and do your research because you will find that you can easily find the exact same items that they sell for 1/2 the price or more for what they charge. They are a big company and should honor the price match that they claim to have. I will never waste my time again trying to get a price match from them. I will just buy elsewhere at retailers who charge a fair price upfront. It's very easy to google the exact same products that they sell and find them for a fraction of what they are charging. Cheryl K. is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous to all. She is very clear and concise when she explains your water quality and how to go about making adjustments. Questions are always answered in a very kind and courteous way. She knows the products and helps you locate them in the store. She even also tested my chlorinator when it was problematic. She always has a smile on her face and even when the store is crowded, she never gets rattled and treats everybody with the upmost of respect. You've got a valuable employee there, I have heard many customers express compliments about her positive performance.
