Changing doctors after being lied to and scammed for four years. Office staff, especially Darla in billing are incompetent and condescending. Front staff and nurses are pleasant even when busy. They follow through with lab info and follow ups, which is not normal in my experiences with these types of establishments. My Dr was pleasant, direct and thorough. I appreciate that. Update Spent the afternoon there yesterday for a 3:30 appointment. Place was PACKED! A large number of ill folks, myself included, along with others there for new 2018 health insurance program stuff. People in the lobby were complaining loudly about the wait and the staff being behind. Once I was called back I realized some of the chaos. Rooms were switched to accommodate and elderly gentleman with a head injury and a Dr needed a special room. The staff nurses were charging without hesitation and the doctors were covering as best they could. We need to realize that sometimes they can get overrun but they are Doug the best they can. Dr. Jeske and Dr. Mason are wonderful doctors and the girl that works with Dr. Jeske, Melissa is also great, but the office is managed very, very, poorly, from the handling of the insurance claims to the promptness and accuracy of referrals. They should really consider replacing the office manager with one that will hire a staff that is not only efficient and accurate, but pleasant to deal with. Heaven forbid you should inconvenience the staff by asking a question or by asking to speak to the office manager. I love Dr Mason. She really is a great Dr and great person. I'm really struggling with the lack of communication in the office and referrals though. Last year I needed a biopsy. My out of pocket was nearly met and I had an agreement with St. John. I asked 4 times or more for them to set it up w St. John's and every call I received was from everywhere EXCEPT St. John's. New year and having to start over. NOW there's a whole new mess of miscommunication and no one talking to each other. Frustrating read more

My family have been with Family medicine since the 90s. We loved Dr. Jeske, however in the past year it became difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Jeske so my family tried Dr. Mason. She didn't take me serious when I told her how much pain I have been in the past month. Instead she would just prescribe me medicine that had nothing to do with my pain. My pain was so bad, I ended up in the E.R. Three times. Instead of her continuing one E.Rs plan that was helping me she laughed at me and says ,"What for?" When I tell her I was in the E.R. I had to keep reminding her my arm is messed up. After 3 days of constant calling and leaving messages she finally called in a referral for an M.R.I. The M.R.I revealed I have 2 tears in my shoulder and 2 strains. My family has pulled out of that practice and changed to another physician. If you want a physician that will call you in prescriptions that have absolutely nothing to do with your current condition then Dr. Mason is your Physician, but if you want a Physician who actually listens to you and takes care of your current condition then run as far as you can from Dr. Mason of Family Medicine in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. read more

Dr. Mason is amazing, best physician I've ever had. The front staff and wait time is a bit cumbersome though. You can plan to be there at least an hour no matter what you are being seen for. I give Dr. Mason 5 stars but if I were to rate the front staff it'd be closer to a 1 star review. read more

We recently moved and were in need of a family doctor, well let me assure you this is not the one. The care here is poor they don't read charts they don't care to understand your history and follow the normal doctor patterns of having you wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then in the room for another 30 minutes all while the nurses stand outside and discuss their personal life's. Unprofessional and a lack of urgency from this clinic overall means find somewhere else to go. read more

If I could give this office a negative star rating I would. They don't return messages. There have been multiple times that I have called about serious medication issues. They always say let me talk to the doctor and call you back. 100% of the time they don't call me back until I call them again days later. Once they even sent in the wrong medication. They take zero ownership and apologize for nothing. They are unprofessional and uncaring. read more

Horrible! The finance office told me since I didn't have the money to pay my co-payment (when I wasn't informed of a co-payment when I arrived & my insurance card says that my co-payments are $0) then I won't have the money to pay for Tamiflu & took my prescription when I have the flu. Just because I didn't have a card on me, doesn't mean that I don't have the money to pay for my medication. The worst customer service I have ever received. Find another doctor! The WORST!!! Turn around and run. Any place would be better than them. First of all they do keep you waiting for a very long time. They do not care about you or your time at all!! The staff is worse than a fast food joint..........yes they are that low that I am comparing a doctor's office to a fast food joint. They do not call you back when promised and when they do they don't even know what they are talking about. They can't even answer your questions. They won't let you talk to the doctor about your results. They want you to schedule another appointment so they can charge you again. They recant on their comments and will blow you off in a heart beat. They should not be in business. The doctor Asher was very RUDE. They were useless and did not help me at all.
