I have been using this practice for decades, and they are entirely professional and trust worthy. Right at the moment they are changing to the new EPIC medical records system, which, when it is completely in place, will be an improvement in speed and accuracy. During the roll=out there have been delays and rescheduled appointments, and longer wait times. It's temporary, folks. Bear with them. The office staff doesn't like it any more than we patients do - but in the end it will all be worth it. read more

They use to be very good. Since they merged with Crouse hospital it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone or anything done. I've called so much in 3 weeks and still waiting for prior authorization on medicine. Wish they were still a private practice. I've seen them for 24 yrs and I'm considering finding a new practice If you see some of the newer doctors (example Dr. Finger) you can wait for a while. My daughter waited an hour and a half to be called back to a room for another 20 minutes. read more

Impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and answer your question. Messages to the portal seem to be ignored. Love my physician there but the office and the front desk workers do not seem to have the same care for patients. read more

staff here is very unprofessional and mean. I had been seeing PA at this practice for 20 years through numerous business changes but I had had enough of the treatment of the staff and had to change PC. you never get to see a doctor and I had a nurse accuse me of practically being an addict. this is no place to get medical care. read more

I echo the sentiments of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. This used to be a great practice until they moved to their new location on route 57. I have been going to this practice for 30 years, so I am not a new dissatisfied patient. Similar to other reviews, I found out that I was billed for a physical - which is typically FREE with insurance - AND for an office visit for the same visit. Seems as though if you talk to your doctor about something NOT covered in a physical, you get charged for an office visit along with a physical. So now that that they are Crouse, it's all about double billing patients. Is it really hundreds of dollars to talk to someone for 15 minutes or less? LESSON LEARNED: Don't you discuss medical issues with your doctor during your physical! When I called to ask the billing department about this, she told me to remember at the next physical to tell the doctor to not discuss anything that would be considered outside of a routine physical. Also, if you get a referral during a physical THEN they will bill you for an office visit. We discussed with the "Coding Person" (and they're never wrong" and even though I needed to schedule the referral myself, I got billed for it. No customer service or offer to do better, just pay or they hang up on you. Be careful and don't accept double billing! read more

If only the public new the truth of how horrible the staff are treated and how incompetent the administration/ president/ CEO/etc. truly are. It is only going to get worse for the patients as Crouse cannot get or keep staff. The sole focus of CMP is business, they could care less about the patients and staff. read more

I booked an appointment through the website. Everything was easy & went very well. I was there less than 30 minutes, including getting x-rays. Staff was knowledgeable & friendly, and the Dr. did a great job explaining things. I'm really glad I went. read more

Love the Drs. I have been a patient since 1979. They have recently been bought out by Crouse. I have spoken to the staff and my Dr. about their prescription refill problems and have gotten nowhere. My last 4 refills have taken over a week. One was "lost" The procedure is to leave all the info on an answering machine and wait 48-72 hours. Literally a week goes by and I call again. The excuse has been they are short staffed. I overheard a woman checking in at the office explaining her husband has been out of his medication that prevents another stroke for 10 days. This is a dangerous problem. I guess it's time to find another Dr. after 45 years. Sad. read more

I am not one to go to the doctor for every little thing, especially so since COVID! Turns out, I haven't been to this office since 2019 so they went and changed my status to a non-patient due to over 3 years of inactivity and refused to get me in when I actually DID need to see someone as they are "not taking new patients". No exceptions given due to COVID. They would not reactivate me as a patient given the fact that other members of my immediate family were in "good" current status with them. That's OK - now they will have more patient availability because I will be moving us all to a new family practice ASAP. read more

I moved to FL last year but moved back to NY this year. My mom called to see if they could fit me in and she was greeted with a rude, condescending receptionist that made all kinds of claims against me including," she no showed to a lot of her appts." I missed one appt before I moved because I had to work, but I called and made the appt for a different day which I went to. My mom explained to her that I MOVED TO FLORIDA at least a dozen times, but apparently that didn't matter. I even told the Dr I was seeing that I was moving! I loved the 3 Dr's that I saw, they were very helpful and I felt that they really cared about me and how I was feeling. Apparently they sent me a letter, which I have yet to come across, stating that I was removed as a patient. If you can tolerate nasty, rude receptionists then this place is for you. Very disappointed with the reception but loved the Dr's and NP's. I'm not recommending this place to people I know. No one needs to deal with that kind of disrespect and rudeness when you don't feel good. read more

Honestly the Dr's are great, the scheduling staff is absolutely miserable.. I spoke to a woman named Deb and she was so rude.. It seems like every time I call there someone on their scheduling is so rude to me and treats me like I am incompetent. read more

Conveniently located on corner of Route 57 and Soule Rd in Liverpool. Staff very friendly and my doctor, Shawn Fazio, is a rare find. Fantastic doctor....takes his time with you..warm and genuinely concerned. I couldn't find a better doctor. read more
