He took the time to explain my condition clearly and recommended what I believe is the best treatment plan for me. I felt listened to and confident in his medical expertise. The only downside I experienced was with the office communication. I did not receive a call or message reminder for my appointment, which had been scheduled about two weeks in advance, and I almost forgot about it. Overall, Dr. Salman himself is excellent, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring pulmonologist. With improved appointment reminders, this office would be even better.

The reason for 3 stars is that they are very hard to get a hold of. I always get the answering service or no answer at all. There is no way to leave a message when the answering service doesn't answer and when you leave a message with the service they don't return calls. It makes it very inconvenient even when you're trying to return a call. My pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them as well, due to problems with the prescription. I haven't really received "services" per say. They read my tests from another doctor to determine the sleep apnea. The nurse practitioner was nice asking all the questions, the doctor peeked in real quick to listen to my lungs and order a lung test, he was nice but seemed like he was in a hurry.

Due to severe, unpredictable traffic during my 40-minute commute, I arrived at 4:30 PM. Because my phone was inaccessible in the backseat during the drive, I was unable to call ahead. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that I could not be seen and required me to reschedule, despite my explanation of the traffic delays. While I understand the necessity of maintaining a schedule, the policy is not applied reciprocally. During my initial visit, I waited over 25 minutes past my appointment time to see the provider. It is disappointing that the practice does not extend the same courtesy and understanding to patients' schedules that they expect for their own. I hope the management considers a more balanced approach to patient care and scheduling flexibility. I guess a patient's time is not as important as a doctor's time. A clinical practice should value a patient's time as much as its own. This rigid enforcement of the lateness policy feels contrary to the patient-first ethos expected in medicine and standard interpretations of the Hippocratic Oath.

Each time he was wonderful and we intended to continue to use him afterward. HOWEVER, each time she has attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment, she encountered RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and CONDESCENDING personnel on the phones. Each time ending in her hanging up because they sent her into another breathing attack. Sadly, there is no other way we know of to schedule appointments with Dr Bajwa so will not be seeing him nor will any Millennium affiliated doctor see her again. I work in customer service and these people apparently are unable to spell customer service nor do they understand these patients they are treating this way ultimately provide their paychecks.
