The staff at Family Practice Jackson are some of the best. Sabrina who is the receptionist is far and above one of the sweetest and hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Whenever I contact the office for something she is on top of it without hesitation. As for The CMA Cinthia, she not only is a hard working and caring person, but she makes sure that all your questions are answered to the best of her ability and she makes sure the doctor is made aware of any questions and concerns that you may have. As for Doctor Saxena, what can you say but OUTSTANDING!!!! She is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She goes out of her way to make sure that all your medical needs are met and will go the extra mile when it is needed to make sure you are and will stay as healthy as she can make you! The entire office staff is also above and beyond some of the best people you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. You'll never find a better doctor or staff no matter how long you search!!!! Dr. Christina is an absolute horrible human being. This entire establishment is currupt. Not only do they require you to make follow-ups for absolutely no reason other than to bill your insurance, they ask you WHY you came in! Even though they told you it was necessary. Dr. Christina will withhold medication (even medication that should NEVER be abruptly stopped) until you "lose weight" EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT EVEN IN A PROBLEMATIC BMI. Dr. Christina is a JOKE. She took my blood pressure 3 times, within a span of MINUTES and each time they were completely different numbers! Dr. Christina is currupt and horrible at her job. She doesn't even diagnose correctly, she sent me to a specialist FOR STREP, a ROUTINE diagnosis. Never go here. You will waste your time, money, and not get the healthcare you need. read more

If I could give zero stars for this experience I would! I called this morning to check if they can do a tb test for me to go back to school, and the girl on the phone told me she had plenty of appointments for today, so I made one for 11am! I get there for my appointment and both women at the front desk don't acknowledge that I am standing there for almost ten minutes, and yes they did see me! Then it takes the girl almost 20 minutes just to check me in! After that is done, the nurse comes out just to tell me he can't give me the tb test because they don't do them on Thursday's because they are closed Saturday's! So much time was wasted this morning for the nurse to tell me he won't give me the test, and the girl I spoke to on the phone who completely messed up by giving me an appointment today! You only have one job, and that is to schedule appointments accordingly, and she completely screwed up! The nurse did not even apologize for the inconvenience, even after seeing how annoyed I was in making the 30 minute trip to the office! For anyone who needs lab tests I would not recommend going here due to the poor management and disrespectful nurses! read more
