She replied "I have seen it at other places and we can't have a return policy like Macy's". I said "we have the bag with your stores name on it and the $60 receipt right there on the counter". She said hesitantly "well I guess I could try to air it out". Conclusion- post this and forget about it !!! My Dachshund now loves it - the smell of crap and smoke doesn't bother her. The woman just gave a non answer, "I don't know, they are all different". No help at all. So if you want a discount, search for the shoes that you want in the store, try them on to be sure you want them. Then, search for online coupons, then sign into your VIP account, then enter any code that works, and as a VIP member, you should get free shipping. So the shoes we wanted went from $64.99 with no discount help at all in store, to $42.24 for the same shoes online.

I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.

The inventory at this location seems spotty at best.  We went in with a few items on our list and didn't seem to put a dent in it.  They may have what you are looking for... but the variety/choices just aren't there.  The prices seem a little high but I imagine you are just paying higher now only to be reimbursed with their Kohl's cash later.    Be prepared to stand in a long line during busy times.  There is only one line for checkout but there were several registers opened during Sunday morning, so it does move fast.  Again, this procedure seems streamlined for security purposes.    If you are lucky enough to get Mimi at checkout ~ count your blessings.  Mimi is a true gem (5 stars for Mimi!).
