Just returned what we could and vowed to never shop here again due to being tricked into sales for purchases of sizes of shoes because they "weren't in stock." When we came the next day to get the correct size, corporate policy and a total lack of customer services intervened and we got the hammer. Will not be treated in such a manner or ripped off because "it's our policy." We also had added an account to get a $10 off coupon and applied it to a pair of Uggs that they talked us into saying they would "stretch," because they didn't have our daughters size. When we came to exchange the next day because they were too tight, they snatched our reward away. We are beside ourselves. Never ever again.

I have never had such bad customer service. Would order online to never deal with this store again. And give the team members a customer centric training. And to top it off the "manager" called the Tulare store and said I slammed the shoe down and they were used. Insane she went this above and beyond and lied just to stop a legitimate return.

I think some clothing items were made specifically for Nordstrom rack. I did find some Calvin Klien dress my size, but it was on clearance for $134. Yah, not in a hurry to buy that. Pretty design, but it seemed like it was made of foam, so it could hot to wear in the Spring/Summer. They also had ADDIDAS, but then you have to shop around to find a set because they have tops separate from the bottoms. Everything seemed to be on clearance, yet to me the price was still high. You have to dig to find a deal & something unique. The makeup was abundant. Brands like NYX, Clinique, Lancome. The travel size items were pricey. I can get a full regular size for the same price they are charging for a travel size. That dry shampoo you see in the pic, I ended up not getting it because they wanted $17 for that. No thank you. When you enter the store, you immediately see the designer handbags to your right. OMG, they have some cute items. I didn't come here for that, but they were sure cute to check and the pricing. Why did I stop by, well to browse for a dress. I'm still looking for that elusive dress to say, "This is it! This is what I've been looking for." I didn't find that here, but I did find some cute dresses to wear on my next outings. I'll make sure and update the review to show you what I got for $40. I was specifically hoping to find a suit set, and with Cassie's help, I found the perfect one. She was incredibly helpful and even assisted in picking out a tie to go with it, which made everything come together so nicely. I also checked out the men's shoes and found a great pair for only $59.97--such a good deal! The entire store was super clean, very organized, and the fitting rooms were spotless. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere--everyone working seemed genuinely happy. Associates were laughing and engaging with each other on the sales floor, and the store just had a really warm, welcoming, almost "homey" feel to it. When I went to check out, Kelsey was so sweet and pleasant. She even offered to put the suit in a garment bag, which I really appreciated--honestly, no other retail store has ever offered that kind of extra touch for a purchase like this. I absolutely love this store. For it being my first visit, it definitely made a lasting impression, and I will 100% be back!

When I got there, they had just opened up, and everyone inside was super helpful. Later that day, we came back and bought some more stuff. Some of the same people were still working, and new employees were there, too. They still had the same great attitude in the late afternoon as they did in the morning. wow i came into vans to buy a couple pairs of shoes and just had to come to yelp to leave a review,…read moreas i felt the survey on the receipt was not enough. the young lady who helped me, saleah, whose name i remember because it is just as unique as her, really made my experience. she was very sweet and was so efficient grabbing everything that i needed, even helped me find my sizes in socks as she genuinely conversed with me. she is definitely that one person in retail that shakes you up a little, most times as a shopper you want to get in and out but saleah makes goes the extra mile and makes your trip a memorable experience. love this vans.

Asked for help but was rudely laughed at by an employee on the floor. Same employee proceeded to radio other employees at the store to come out and share a laugh at my expense. Same rude employee kept having an attitude and laughing behind our back. When confronted about the comments, she just called the manager to try to explain but it was worse. Same manager was also in on whatever joke they we're sharing. He was unprofessional and childish. The employees we're even worse. I just asked for assistance but was laughed at for talking with my family in Spanish. Had to walk away because I didn't want to expose my family members to the whole experience.
