I added 2 Longaniza and a Pao (a lot like their cheese bread but grilled!). The Longaniza was on the firm dry side but so flavorful it perked up the grainy rice that had a reed like wild rice flavor. The fries were spot on pomme frites and the caesar salad was alright--fresh and good dressing. My steak was grilled spot on medium, and had a lovely char. Firm bite like a proper sirloin with a deep beefiness that satisfied. I ordered a refreshing passion fruit lemonade to brighten the meal and enjoyed munching on the passion fruit seeds.

The salad bar was quite varied and included a few soups. The main bar was extensive and I tried to sample a bit of everything. I loved the okra! Because of the holiday, they didn't have any cakes out, just a selection of puddings. Some were good, others were...interesting. There is also a kind of tequila with little plastic cups for shots. We had all had 2 each, a nice way to end the night. There was a cherry liqueur, but to me it was too much like cough syrup, so I didn't enjoy that. I had to caiprihanas, and while good, they were over $8 each and I wound up spending more on drinks than the meal! If I return, I'd not order the drinks. It's not the best buffet I've been to in Sao Paulo, but I was not disappointed in the food.
