During an extremely difficult period following my father's death, I was traveling from Houston to…read moreWichita Falls to deal with a home that had been left in serious disrepair after a family member remained in the property without authorization. I was physically and emotionally exhausted and needed to make urgent decisions regarding the home, including replacing the air conditioning system. I contacted Mike Graham and paid approximately $5,600 for an air conditioning unit. After the installation, I learned that two other companies would have charged substantially less for comparable work. When I raised concerns about the pricing, I requested either reimbursement for the apparent overcharge or removal of the unit with a full refund. The company agreed to remove the unit. However, after signing paperwork during that stressful time, I later realized that instead of receiving a full refund for the removed unit, I was refunded only the approximate difference between what I had paid and what other companies reportedly would have charged, resulting in an approximate loss of $4,000. This experience was financially upsetting and especially difficult given the circumstances under which I was making urgent decisions while grieving my father's death and managing a distressed property from another city.
