I tried on the Commission Pant Slim, which, as it happens, are the perfect leg length for me. That being said, they offer a free hem service with any pants that you purchase, in case you need to adjust the length. During my first round through, Beka helped me out and was AMAZING, being personable, helpful, and pleasant to be around. I didn't get anything this time around but I knew they were on my radar. I was going to wait and see if I could swing a discount from some friends in Calgary who could ship it back here but a few days later, I got impatient and walked back into this location to just get a dang pair. Beka was working again and I actually witnessed her going to all sorts of lengths to help someone out; a mom was shopping for her son and Beka was on the phone with him, making sure that everything was to his liking. What a star! I knew what I wanted so I came in, tried the pair back on to make sure it was the same as I had before, and then head back over to the counter. I was happy to have the process be as simple as it was, but when I got to the counter, the fellow working seemed to want nothing to do with me. I understand that my humour may be a bit corny and possibly not his cup of tea, but at least smiling and offering a bit of conversation would be appreciated, when I'm dropping $150 on a pair of pants. So it seems like some of the team here is fantastic, while some others could use a bit of a reminder that they are customer-facing representatives! All in all, I'm extremely happy with the pants and my experience was pretty dang good. Yes, their products are overpriced and you pay for the brand, but I have to say I REALLY do love the feel of them.

Lots of dressing room rooms and staff are extremely helpful and helping you pick items to try on. Staff are also helpful with suggestions or getting you different sizes. The line for checkout can be hit or miss sometimes it is very long and you might be there waiting there for 20 minutes other times it's really quick and you might be in and out in under two minutes Parking is free since it is at the Alderwood Mall, but parking can be quite hard to find sometimes where you have to drive around for quite a while until you can find an empty spot. Lululemon is on the outside of the mall (but can't be seen from the road/parking lot). It is not too far from the Apple Store and P.F. Chang's if you know where that is. Only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the price... Because well, the store is very pricey. But I love everything else about it!!!

She exchanged my pants on the spot since they were available in-store, and did an exchange for my husband and ordered the shorter version for home delivery so that we could get them both shortened in less than half the time it would have taken to get them hemmed. I asked for help with shoes. People were busy so the Manager helped me- she knew about their products, could tell me how I might like one or another. She was right. She helped me look at pants- I need some badly but not the colors they have- I'll try back later. The 3 pairs pants I got 8 or more years ago still hold up well but I need forest pine green ones now. I bought a pair to try walking around at home. One more store in the ever- never ending it seems shoe hunt! Is this the last one? We will see.

I was surprised there were plenty of men's clothing items along with athletic accessories such as yoga mats, water bottles, and bags. Security is present outside the building due to the homeless and solicitors who are visible outside the major stores.

I was skeptical, because I associate lululemon with overpriced yogo clothes. Well, lululemon makes better men's pants apparently. These pants are awesome in the fact that he's comfortable, they look good, and they don't attract pet hair. My cat can lay on top of him and he doesn't walk away looking like he's wearing grey pants instead of black. The store was easy to locate and was roomy and bright. All the shelves were nicely marked and the employees were helpful. I enjoyed the aesthetic especially the cheery but pointed affirmations behind the cash registers on the wall. There were plenty of dressing rooms and no gatekeeping to use them. My friend was able to try on pants easily enough. He commented they're the first dress pants he could do lunges in. The check-out process was very fast and easy. All in all a solid and successful shopping trip.

We were leaving for a trip the next day. I happily went and was immediately greeted upon entering. As it was the weekday in the afternoon the mall was quiet so the store was largely empty. I received excellent customer service here. The salesman tried finding a larger pair but they had none in stock. He looked at other store's inventories and made alternative recommendations. He returned the items to a gift card since the pants were final sales items and by his body language when he told me that I picked up he's been yelled at a few times when telling people that. He relaxed when I simply said okay. I don't shop at luluemon for myself, but I was impressed with the customer service. I was disappointed in the limited selection.
