Phil was responsive and organized up until the wedding day. On the most important day, wedding day of course, we got a different DJ who appeared unexcited, delayed on announcements and timelines, mumbled announcements, and overall kinda sucked as a MC. We were disappointed with the overall service. It took awhile but Phil and his wife took our feedback very seriously and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. They are actually quite professional and I'm sure we would have given these guys five stars if we had had him as our DJ.
