I am Yelping the Fantasy's gas station on 152nd and Maple. Last Sunday 2.25.18, I got a car wash that left me feeling unsafe and least of all, angry. The attendant at the entrance wanted me to pull very close to the car ahead of me. Note: there wasn't a crazy long line they were trying to alleviate. Regardless, safety shouldn't be jeopardized because there's a long line!
The car ahead of me was a big pickup truck. The attendant at the exit of the car wash had this guy stop way earlier than cars normally do for the drying off. Note: the weather was really nice so it's not like it was -5° or so. My car was done and I noticed the next car close behind ME.
I rolled my window down and told the attendant we needed to move or there would be an accident. He disregarded me. Kept dealing w the truck. The lady behind me had to slam on her brakes. I honked this time. The attendant couldn't care less.
After my car was dry - and it wasn't dried well - I went to the cashier in the store and asked for the manager. A supervisor came to hear my story and say there was nothing she could do.
My small child was in my car when this happened. I was HOT. More so than if I'd have been alone. I was given a name and number to call on Monday. The manager.
Well it's Wednesday and we still haven't connected. I called and couldn't call at the right time apparently and then left a msg but received no call back.
For as expensive as Fantasy's is - this is beyond poor service. But the lack of concern for safety is appalling.
I may try to report this company somewhere. read more
