I've had many types of massages for the last 45 plus years, this one was in the top three. I then had a complimentary introduction to a facial with Karen. Every detail was explained, product, effects, ingredients, etc., again, WOW! Studio was squeaky clean, inviting, comfortable, and thankfully sooooo quiet, only the light/soft sounds of very soothing spa music/sounds piped in at the perfect volume. Lighting dimmed to absolute perfection. Yelp only allows 5 stars, these folks exceeded that. I'll be returning hopefully monthly with my other half so we can have a relaxing spa day, or half day, together. If you go to RELAX!, you will NOT be disappointed.

The walls are paper-thin; during my 90-minute session, I could hear every car driving by, doors opening and closing, car horns, and people talking in the hallway. The therapist also had an air purifier running which was quite loud itself in such a small room right near my head. When I asked to turn it off, the street noise became even more distracting. When you're investing in a 90-minute treatment plus tip, you expect a sanctuary. Instead, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I won't be back, which is a shame because the talent is there--the building just isn't suited for massage therapy.

You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!
