    Fried rice.

This restaurant just recently opened. It is next door to the Asian market. Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the Ducks and pork belly hanging in the warmer. You then notice the cleanliness of the business. They are in a soft opening mode right now.I heard the one waiter say this as well as if you see something that doesn't flow or work, write it down. So they are still working out a few kinks. Now on the important matter of the food. If you're like me. Florida's Chinese food scene is very underwhelming. This is the best Chinese, Asian food I have had here. The menu is on the smaller side, but I still over ordered. I wanted to try the base foods and something else. I ordered two chicken egg rolls as my appetizer. I ordered pork fried rice and crispy pork with rice and veggies. They start you with a small bowl of broth with scallions and cilantro. Rather good. The egg rolls, these are not mass-produced bad egg rolls. They appear to make them on site. Well stuffed with a good meaty blend. The fried rice I went well here comes the typical bland fried rice. I was surprised it had excellent flavor, and they don't skimp on the pork. The crispy pork is the pork belly you see as you enter. It was very moist. The crispy was flavourful. The veggies were outstanding. I brought my better half home an egg roll and fried rice. She said it was the best fried rice she has had since moving here. I recommend you give this new restaurant a try and form your own opinion.

At last, finally - a restaurant in this area that serves crispy skin pork belly and peking duck! And it was delicious! The restaurant is clean and tidy but is pretty small, with maybe 10 tables in all. I was there for takeout, having picked up some pickled ginger and the yellow Japanese radish at the Asian Market next door. The meats are already cooked and hanging in a glass display case, just like you see in NYC. The service was fast and friendly, and I was walking out the door in 5-10 minutes. I saw a lot of good-looking dishes that I want come back and try, like bowls of Pho and plates of drunken noodles and curry. I'll be baack!

    Pork belly

For those of you who spent years living in countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and The Philippines as I did growing up due to my Dad's career, you will grow to depend on this market and restaurant to be source for good food. Duck and crispy pork belly are the bomb!!

Food is great especially the roast pork. Melts in your mouth. Great service as well!! I'll keep coming back for sure.

    Chicken soup.

Wow. Sat down promptly after being greeted by a friendly staff member and presented with three different menus. We ordered the Roast Duck soup and a Cambodian soup with chicken. Both tasted delicious! From what I can tell, it's a family run place that is associated with the Asian market next to it. It has seating for approximately 20 plus people and there is no alcohol. Offers delicious tea though. I would come back here again if I am in the area to try the sushi.

Food was ready for pick up when I arrived. Good food and large portion. I would recommend their carry out. Not much there for dining inside.

The food is fresh and they have become our new Go To for sushi and poke bowls. They have nice sit down restaurant too! They're a fairly large restaurant that can accommodate large groups. They also serve seafood dishes: fried shrimp, fish and crab boils. My only criticism is they bring the food on noisy carts when serving to the table. I find this a little odd, but I guess this is their way.

The gyoza was very average - the pieces were relatively void of any discernible protein filling. The sashimi pieces were all a nice size and tasted fresh. Not much to say about miso soup - it's pretty much the same everywhere. But the salad was a pleasant surprise. Most restaurants put very little effort in preparing such a basic dish. Wild Ginger's salad was cold, crisp, and fairly generous. The hibachi steak was served hot. The amount of steak we received was definitely on the small side. The fried rice was moist and tasty. Next time, more meat please. Service was very good. Our server was a tall young guy who was enthusiastic, prompt, and proactive - he followed up with drink refills without us having to wave him down. Overall our meal was nothing noteworthy nor memorable, but was certainly good enough. We'd go back to Wild Ginger if we find ourselves in this area again.

The server looked at with a smile and slight confusion. We realized they were not yet open! I felt like a dunce. We offered to come back. She made sure we were comfortable, provided several laughs, and advised that the chef was preparing. The ambiance was so inviting and the overall vibe was great so waiting was not even a concern. We started with the wings. Oh my! They were out of this world. I can only assume (because I didn't ask) that they were soy garlic, and oh so yummy. Extremely tender and moist, with more flavor than any wing should have. My Daughter ordered the chilli oil noodles. They were a medium spice packed with flavor. My finance ordered hot and spicy noodles that didn't hold back. They were as described with the perfect about of heat. She'd felt they would have benefited from a bit of sweetness, but were delicious. I thought they were great. I ordered the mongoose Dan Dan noodles. They were also delicious. The noodles themselves were the star I feel. They had the perfect amount of bounce giving an authenticity I didn't expect. I tried all three dishes and my favorite was the hot and spicy noodles but my daughter gave her leftovers to her boyfriend! I was offended but I survived. We shared a slice of pistachio cake that was truly special. The server told us it was amazing but we didn't expect it to be that good. It was super moist, not overly sweet, and was nothing less than perfect. Totally unexpected. This is a true gem.
