Sasson did a great job marketing the rental with photos and videos, screening tenants, writing me summaries of prospects, writing the lease agreement, and taking pre-move-in photos of the home prior to the Tenants moving in. I was so impressed with their work I ended up buying another investment property in Orangevale in the summer of 2022. This time since the market was so hot, I had to buy the home over-asking price, but I wasn't worried as Nancy and Sasson got me $5,000 credit toward my closing costs towards repair credits. They are great at negotiating! After closing, it was time to rent the home once again and Sasson was able to give me the same great service, and found me very nice Tenants, who I'm happy to say, just renewed their lease agreement for a second year. I met Sasson for the first time at a Granite Bay home rental I was doing a cabinet refinish on. He was very personable and paid great attention to detail. I was renting at the time. He gave me his card and told me to call him when I was ready to buy a home and he would get me a good deal. So, a year later I called him and I was ready. He connected me to a loan officer that gave me a loan with 0 down. I put in an offer on an East Roseville condo using Sasson and it got accepted. He recommended some quality inspectors and after inspections, we requested $3,000 worth of repairs from the Seller. When the Seller rejected it, Sasson was able to get the purchase price reduced by $5,000! He navigated me through my first escrow process and I was able to purchase my first home smoothly and successfully. I was thinking about downsizing my El Dorado Hills home and decided to go through Nancy and the Fard Realty Team. I wanted an honest assessment of my home and how to prepare it for placing it in the market. Nancy and Sasson came over and we went over a systematic plan for placing my home in the market. Nancy informed me that one of the homes pending was about to come back into the market, since she was in close communication with the listing agent.
