I called in and asked for 30 individual roses to pick up the next day at 9am. They said that it was doable and would accommodate to our time schedule. They then sent us an invoice of the price and everything went fine. Luckily we didn't pay them or give our credit information. I noticed that they didn't have an address and we were supposed to pick up the roses. Thinking it would be in the invoice, there was no trace of an address. It's not even on their website. The next morning before we left I called them to ask for their address but no one answered. They don't even have a voicemail. Thinking that was odd too, I brushed it off and called them every 15 minutes for an hour and still no answer. It's been 3 days since we first contacted them and they have not given us a follow up on our order. That day we went to another florist and received our roses. Don't use their services because you don't want to end up with broken promises. read more

I called in at 10am on Valentine's Day and asked if a floral arrangement was possible for same-day pickup, to which the woman on the phone (the owner herself) said it would be ready in the next 40 minutes! Considering the rush they have on Valentine's Day, I was very impressed with their efficiency! I pulled up and the owner came out and greeted me with a huge smile and a hug! So sweet! I was handed the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! Great customer service and gorgeous product! I will definitely be ordering from them again! They did not disappoint! Ooohhhh and ALSO! I thought the arrangement was too pretty, I didn't want to remove the wrapping so the owner suggested lifting the wrap from the bottom just a little to reveal the stems and stick it in a small vase to have them stand as is-without ruining the presentation. Very impressed with Farida. This is a quality family-run boutique floral designer . . . Flower deliveries on Valentine's day can be a costly nightmare (and a total waste). They customized my order and experience - successfully demonstrating my love and care for my special lady through a meticulous arrangement of infinity flowers + chocolates -- along with a romantic note I wrote that they "ribboned" around the gift box and delivered to her work before mid-day (and then emailed me to confirm). When trying to call and email Farida Floral to get it straightened out, no one returned my phone call, and I didn't receive an email response until 3 days later. The Roadie driver finally got back to me and delivered the correct order. Farida Floral has refused to give me a partial refund for the hassle. Bad customer service- My boyfriend and I ordered here couple of times, and had great experience until my very last order couple of months ago. I was trying to get a bouquet to bring to a graduation. They don't have a shop where you can walk in and look at their availabilities (which is odd, because they once told me that their shop will open in couple of weeks, but I guess they never did). It's true I had very specific and a long request list because it was a very important occasion for me, but I made it super clear on 2 things- no black/ white wrappers nor flowers as those remind me of funeral. And it happened- when my boyfriend went to pick up the bouquet, he brought black and white themed flower bouquet, and flowers were going bad. I left them a message saying that I wanted a refund and said I was going to drop off the bouquet , and got a call back immediately. I was told something similar to "we'll give you a refund, but this is what happens if you have too many requests. Keep the flowers because we won't be able to use them anyway." In the past orders, they were always late to prep the flowers and made me wait for them at random places like at a shopping center to get the bouquet, but I loved their work so much I didn't mind it too much, but the last experience was just so bad. read more
