We were initially drawn by the tortilla (omelette) options, and the waiter drew our attention to a garbanzo bean stew with red sauce and mozzarella, which was also very nice. There were adorable little kids running around, which I think were attached to the proprietors. One of them literally latched onto me, which was cute but awkward. It looked like people had table water, but we wound up with imported mineral water, so be clear. The tortilla is made differently from the Spanish version, being sort of a filled dumpling with an outside made of moist eggs. I have absolutely no idea how this is made, as it seems to defy the laws of physics.
PS: We wonder what the name means...
