Had an alternator replaced on June 3rd 2025. In August, the alternator began putting out a weak charge and tge car would die while driving, took the car to Midas and my battery was fine. Before my car went into Farley's my car didnt have ECM codes. About a month after, the car was needing an ECM reformatting. To top the whole thing off over the phone Farley's quotes me 600$ for an alternator and my bill came out to 1040$. Go to Horizon, Midas or anywhere else honestly. A good mechanic is hard to find and Farley's is not it. read more

So, we were completely at the mercy of the only shop in town that works on imports. We weren't locals and had 1000 miles of driving ahead of us. Farley's Imports not only repaired our broken Audi but did it for exactly what they said it would be and early than expected. This shop is a first rate / class act and didn't look to take advantage of our predicament. We had the car brought in on a flatbed (no appointment obviously) with an idea of what may be wrong. Within 90 mins they'd checked out the car, confirmed the issue, ordered the part and provided us an estimate. Part was shipped up from CO, they opened up at 0700 and called us at 0830 letting us know we could come get the car. Casper is lucky to have Farley's as their go to import shop. Breaking down sucks, especially when working your way across 2200 miles of the US. We were thankful that it happened where it did and this operation is as committed to outstanding work and customer service as they are. Highly recommend. read more

On Wednesday, my car broke down on the highway about 80 miles away, on my way to Washington State to start a new job on Friday. While being towed, I called the Nissan dealership and 4 other shops all saying they couldn't even look at the car until Monday of the next week. When I called Farley's, although he was incredible busy, with compassion, he said bring it in, we'll see what we can do. The shop is small with a lot of cars in line. Attesting to the shops integrity on getting the job done. He called later that day and I was road ready by 4pm. This shop rocks! I'm going to make it to my job in time. Thank you Farleys! Farley's Imports is awesome! On a very hot July afternoon, our air-conditioner ran out of refrigerant in our Mercedes Sprinter RV as we were passing through Casper, Wyoming. Randy allowed us to pull right in! He not only had our AC working within a half hour, but he topped off other fluids and fixed a light on our dash. Took in an Acura with an oil leak that Honda could not or would not fix. These folks not only did NOT fix the leak but did not apparently lock the car. The CD and radio were stolen, cleanly, with not a wit of damage to the car. They did eventually pay for a new audio player. Proceed with caution. read more

!!!!COST ME $3755 DOLLARS!!!!! I self installed a clutch on my miata in the begginig of the summer of 2015. It had a rattling noise so after a few months (end of the summer) I brought into Farleys imports to have it looked at. I explained to them how I had just installed a new clutch and there was a rattling noise in the undercarriage. I would like them to re-examine the instalation of the clutch and make sure everything was running as it should. It was left there for a week and upon returning I was told it was the catalitic convertor but per the owners words himself " I had done a great job installing the clutch" Welp winter has gone by take my miata out of storage and lo and behold that annoying rattle is still there. Assuming that everything was fine I drove the car to Gillette. At about 3/4's of the way there my clutch starts to go out. I bring it in to a shop here where they inform me my clutch is busted the flywheel is cracked and there is all sorts of heat cracks they will have to weld. Totaling about 3,000 dollars in work. I am not a person to write a bad review without giving the owner a chance to explain himself but after speaking with the owner who acknowledges even working on the car and remembers me wont take any accountability. Hell I would of been fine with a refund for his shop fee and the catalytic convertor they put in. But he takes no accountability at all. Not to mention he told me to shut the f*** up. I have brought my son's car, my in-laws' car, and two of my cars to Farley's. They have been friendly and performed exactly as requested.

As we traveled back toward Massachusetts from Yellowstone we stopped at the only VW dealership in the state of Wyoming for an oil change but they couldn't do it so we found ourselves at Farley's. If we ever need car work done in Wyoming again we'll definitely be going to him. Have traveled thru Casper a couple of times and it's been really hot both times. Being from out of town I'm always wary of car repair places. I accidentally found this one and have been happy with my repairs both times.? They're helpful and knowledgeable in spite of being very busy! We were on the road going home to Colorado and our Subru's Electronic system started going crazy-flashing warning lights in every cateorgy. We called Farley's and they said to bring it by and they would look at it. They ran diagnostics and cleaned out the area where our electronic system was. No more problems! They did not even charge us but we insisted on paying them. Very Honest and we were so grateful for their customer service!! read more

Took our 87 Jaguar XJS for a new alternator and tune up - also needed to fix the oil pressure gauge. Went to pick up the car and they told us it need a new harmonic balancer, Over $2000 later, car was done - drove it 28 miles and had to call a tow truck. They broke the trim on the passenger door, ruined the paint on the hood and above the windshield and chipped the paint above the right headlight. We are contacting an attorney Monday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Did I mention that there was a customer there with their car so they could fix the door they screwed up when they "fixed" the window? Pathetic. read more

My BWM decided to throw a heater hose during the noon lunch rush. It was towed to Farley's and, although there were numerous cars to be looked at/worked on, the problem was diagnosed within mere hours and parts ordered. Less than two days later my buggy is back, and running in fine shape. As an aside, my sister also owns imports and has all of her work done at Farley's and she speaks very highly of them as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Farley's to any import owner. read more

We always take our vehicles to Farley's for repair. They've done everything from wheelbearings to clutch to door locks. All done right the first time. Prices are good. They never seem to be looking for 'extra work'. They are polite and prompt. read more

no way i will ever take anything to this shop again. my car was rear ended and the insurance was paying for the work. that's the only reason it went to a shop. when i called around town not many worked on Volkswagens. i was told by the owner they only use German parts on a german car. which is a lye they used the cheapest Chinese parts they could find.. they did the work fast. when we went to pick up the car they claimed it was running great. my wife went to leave in it and it died before it made it out the parking lot. we figured just a fluke and took it home. i took it for a driver later that day and it ran poorly i called them they said they would fix it. the next day they called again saying it was running great again. and the same thing happened. so i looked at the motor. the car was running at full advance at a idle and they didn't even notice and while i was in there i noticed a hole cute in the side of the air cleaner. so i took it back to the shop. told them its running at full advance and a idle he said it has to do with a problem with the choke.... B.S. the china carb wouldnt work with my German distributor. it took me three trips just to convince them the hole in the air cleaner was not stock. they swore up and down it was right but after i told them this is not going to work they got my old air cleaner out of the trash and put it on dents and all. the car was making a noise after the indecent. they claimed it was my transmission. turns out they didnt replace all the parts that got bent and it was a bent fan. for vw experts they cant do anything right on a vw stay away from this shop at all cost read more
