Glen truly seems to care about me as a person. He has done everything from filing a claim for me, to making a simple change to my policy. I rarely even saw my prior agent in the office. He has a great staff too. They are all licensed and able to help me, my old agent had a receptionist out front that could really only take payments. If you miss the Customer Service Days of Old, you should come see Glen and his staff. They will treat you just like a Good Neighbor and answer any and all questions you have. I truly understand my coverage and how important it is for me and my family now.

Jenn Merema's office in Rock Island was so pleasant to work with. I spoke with agent Mercedez Roberts and she was not only incredible, but thorough and kind. She went above and beyond for me when I was having issues with the timeliness from the auto repair shop that was fixing my vehicle. Mercedez and Jenn stepped up to the plate to help with rental accommodations, making the entire process less stressful and smooth. I highly recommend this specific location because of their customer service and attentiveness. Five stars!

Absolute nightmare of a credit union. Not only were there systems infiltrated, numerous people…read morereceived fraudulent charges on their accounts. I had both my Debit and Credit cards frozen, making me unable to pay my bills and afford basic necessities. I had to call again both the credit department and the debit department to have new cards issued and sent out, of which neither have arrived and it's been 18 days. When I called, the associates on the other end in the debit, credit, and disputes departments were rude and condescending. She couldn't believe I had questions regarding disputes on my account that thier company allowed to happen in the first place. Next time I'm taking my business to a reputable company and not Ascentra!
