They went back and forth for awhile and he finally caved and got it. In the meantime, I was in escrow. The builder was able to finally prove he didn't need the license. This company in their infinite wisdom decided to repay him and pass the cost of the not need license on to me. I caught wind of scam and questioned the line item when we were going over all the paperwork it takes to buy a house. I was told that since the builder needed the license, the cost was passed on to us. Rather than contest their bold faced lie, I ate the (I believe) $125 charge. Bottom line, stay the F away from this company. If your realtor wants to use them, find another realtor
