We stopped at a number of locations fishing the grasses for Red Fish. When the location didn't pan out or after we caught one or two, we moved on to the next location. Overall, we reeled in 10 Red Fish, most too large to keep! But we did have two that were within size limits. Captain Mattson cleaned the fish for us and even provided some cooking tips. We cooked the fish on the grill and it was fantastic. Mattson Charters is definitely the way to go. We'll book all our trips with Mattson Charter Service from now on.
