She could not get personal information correct on our insurance, for some reason my husband and myself were on 2 different vehicle policies, and we didn't even have the same deductibles on the same policy much less the different policy. Ms. Belvin is difficult to get a hold of and frequently does not return calls. Farmers was a good company however the local agent should perhaps consider a different profession.
