If and when rates are intended to increase, the company should issue a notification stating that the rate is going to increase. The customer should not be shocked when receiving the bill, seeing that it is 40 to 60 dollars more than expected. Secondly, customer service of the Maria Voorbrood office is possibly one of the worst that I have encountered. I called to see why my rates increased and to see if there was anything to reduce it down. I the lady that I spoke to was very unhelpful and said something along the lines of, "the reason for the increase is because the company didn't do well in some quarterly something." Words that flew over my head. There was no attempt to help me reduce the rate and when I said "how I do I go about cancelling my policy with you?" she did not hesitate to give me the instructions and said "Yeah, you rate is high I would cancel too." Even when I did cancel my policy I did not receive any notification stating they received my email until a day prior to my cancel date. I searched and found a better policy at an even better rate with progressive. I would not suggest this company to anyone I know if that is the way the company treats their customers. In fact, re-reading this review inspired me to write a yelp review about your company.
