Then come time to renew the policy, Jennifer King over charged my mother for a policy that she always pays in full. She refused to work with my mom and told her there was nothing she could do. I told my mom to just cancel her policy all together and switch to my plan (with a competitor), it was only adding $100 per policy to my insurance. What a steal right?! Jennifer King straight out lied to my mom saying it was already paid and the policy was active so there was nothing she could do. I called on her behalf and then Jennifer (who was incredibly rude and matter-of-fact with me) LIED TO ME TOO. We have been battling with my mom's financial institution to reverse these charges, and have WRITTEN PROOF that she has cancelled this policy multiple times, but Jennifer just wants the commission and refuses to cancel. Please beware of the crooked dealings of this business. They will take advantage of anyone they can just to make a quick buck. We are seeking litigation for theft and elder abuse for the way JENNIFER KING has treated my mom and taken advantage of the fact that she doesn't understand her rights.

Her staff is also always very friendly and helpful. They called recently to do an insurance review to make sure I had all the coverages I needed and that I was getting all the discounts I qualify for. While it sounds like it would be a sales pitch to get more money from me, I actually ended up dropping one coverage to save some money and finding out I was missing a discount. So it was well worth the time. I 100% recommend Jan as an agent. My State Farm rate is just a little bit more than one or two other insurance companies, but I would pay a few extra dollars a month to get the personal help that Jan's office provides.

Policy was voided 6 months before I figured out what was going on. Office manager (Samantha) was extremely rude and condescending. She avoided my questions and continuously denied responsibility. When asked, she wasn't able to produce documents to back up her claim that she contacted me. Office refused to allow me to talk to agency owner. This office dropped the ball during hurricane season and left me high and dry with no remorse.
